Phase 2 took 100mil in financing, they covered part of that by selling shares, which drove the price down. I watch for companies to do this. When the price bottoms, there is nowhere to go but up, that's when I buy stocks like this. NSPX is massively undervalued right now, and the price correction will be significant. Just a waiting game at this point. It's a good time to be a new shareholder here.
