badmoon, Exactly my point. That's the catch statements (unwise ones) like that put us in. If the CEO tells us not to put faith in PRs as investment tools... and we already know boards are FOS, then shareholders are forced to do whatever verification they can do of their own volition. Therefore, the CEO cannot be pissed when folks call around, drive around, or otherwise try to ensure they've made a good investment decision.
