These are goodwill impairments where KHC acknowledges they paid too much (way too much in this case) for recent acquisitions. These severe adjustments, spurred by the SEC apparently, aren't going to simply "bounce away."
Hasn't anyone here noticed KHC has been in free fall for TWO years! Some haven't even noticed the huge dividend cut just announced.
