i would think that disanti won't do anything to jeopardize the pre-ipo people @ .46 per share so he should be looking for ways to support from the start and also that price would qualify for otcqx tier...which would be great at some point...

i know i would be pissed if the price stayed down and i was holding .46 when i could have bought in @ .02-.03 here instead not long ago (if you were able to figure out that they were merging here)...

but moving the share price up might not be an issue at all if the definitive agreements look good...we'll see. the market cap here right now is around $1.5 mil i think? ridiculous!
