Diplomat brought on a new well seasoned CEO/Chairman eight months ago. In late 2017 they purchased two competitors and my best guess is that he's righting the ship and making adjustments from those two acquisitions.

It doesn't make sense to me that a company that has > $5Bil turnover should be trading at less than 1/10 of sales.

We'll see
