Lol. The debts they repurchased is not cancelled. This proves you don’t know what you are talking about. Bk companies buy claims for many reasons including restructuring. LBHI don’t need to buy their claims to merely cancel them because they have the discharge. What you said show how incompetent you are. The court sees this, it will disallow their fees. They will also get sued by the creditors for fraud and wasting distribution dollars.
Please comment on this further Joe. Which Bk buys claims to cancel when they have the discharge? Name one. There are many companies who buy claims for reorganization and other reasons on the other hand. :).
