Ok thanks for that heads up Okshakla, sooooooooo it sure sounds to me like another "interest" terms editing trick...and this time they encountered a CEO who told them to go screw themselves hence another 1 of their frivolous lawsuits.

Only VYST can fill in the exact details...but that's what it looks like to me since we know EMA was already converting their note last year...and as of VYST's January 15th PR there's only 2 remaining convertible notes on their fully audited financials...so clearly VYST vehemently denies/disagrees with whatever bs EMA is alleging right cheers!
