gers. Those filings will happen, but in Gers time, not yours anyone else's? If KK could do it now, he would, but conditions none of us are aware of, are what is holding him back! I would say within the next two, (2) years, the filings will be up to date???

Just Kidding HW, don't get exciting, I DID not mean 2-3 years? A joke! Yes, I don't like to make predictions, but the SEC will give the boys just so much leeway, maybe a few more months, then we should know something for sure? Either the Gers Boys will get some kind of sanction, or the boys will race to beat that extended time limit afforded them by the SEC, which cannot be that far down the line... We have to be Breaking-out one way or another sooner rather than later, when all the waiting will be worth it? That is my hope? But isn't it about time?

I hope the judges in the Law case get tired of the whole complicated affair, and want to end this thing? It is just too costly for any small Sub Penny Stock to bear and I hope those Judges will feel that way too? We shall see? IMO..
