Traders will sell out before the R/S. There's a general rule of thumb that a stock drops between 70-80% in the first 30 days following a R/S. $ICLD should be no different. So traders can sell out now, and wait for 30 days (Wash Sales rule lets them claim losses), then buy in again much lower than the current price. There's nothing wrong with offsetting gains by taking losses. That's part of trading.
