It could mean that there aren't many buyers at this price and hence they have no other choice but to average down now. Thats what I feel anyway, and trust me im a very long here im not a troll or something trying to scare anyone. Been here since 2014 and I myself have averaged down this whole year. I think the simplest answer. No conspiracy theories of some major news in the works.
