OBS have a shot. The employee lawsuit being placed in class 12 is a good sign for equity. I don't hold equity but almost all of my peoples do. The risk/reward for equity makes it a good play. Its not like its a play and you have a choice because its locked LOL. But, any survival of any type of company will and should include class 12.

Screwing the employees is a bad rep for BK firms. Why? because for future engagements. My peoples was rooting against the employees but, dont tell anyone though. They are a good bunch and are solid. They look at stuff people dont bother to look at.
