It’s a private family business. What do you think ? They are all very wealthy.

They are taking a risk, leveraging their profitable private business to take these great technologies to the next level. it’s really that simple. They have a vision, they see a way to synergize these companies and create something bigger than the sum of their respective parts. They want to be taken seriously, and as a nasdaq trader company they WILL be. Vystar never did that well, obviously. But it doesn’t mean they never can - because they have the better mousetrap of latex and 40k applications. And now the Rotman’s are here to make it become a reality
