Agree 100%, these things take time. Does everyone know or realize what a 'Super 8k' is? People should realize that a Form 10 must be completed and finalized as well (google what a Form 10 entails), and the Form 10 isn't always accepted on the first go round either. These guys are doing it right and also trying to complete a 3 year audit of financials. The timeframe of some board members isn't necessarily going to be the same one as the guys doing the work to get this done correctly.
