Well as usual have no problem with these equity raises, because the stock will eventually come back, and this is part of the business with any reit, they do equity raises from time to time to raise capital for investment purposes. It really is that simple. Although Not a fun day for it right now being my third largest position at the moment. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
