Apostle or Janice shell not sure... Lol insider trading is very specific and not that common. I worked in finance for a public company and I could trade the stock so long as we weren't in a black out period or if there was a massive pending deal. Otherwise I was free to trade the stock when knowing the monthly operating results that weren't public.

People act like they know how these things work when they've never actually dealt with them first hand.
