Funny I see all the bids in the 6th monitors report . All for chump change . A letter of intent is not a binding offer . A bid with actual numbers is . You can have a thousand letters of intent to bid on something and they mean nothing with nothing backing it up . Yet you see no binding offers for the debt ridden shell .
