Correction, i didn't say they weren't doing a A/S increase. I simply stated it hasn't been approved yet. Second, a dime will not get us to the qb. There are requirements from the institutional investor. Once the dust settles, i see us doing a a/s decrease. The a/s is not part of the split, only the o/s. The increase in authorized was strictly for control loss issues. 10k still needs to be filed, s1 still needs to be filed. Nothing can happen legally before 02/21/19. We are still a few weeks out from any of this to happen. The announcement of the institutional investor and name change will be a very strong catalyst. Coming soon.
