It’s been out there since the end of January prior to the run from .003.

They need to be current regardless so it’ll have legs off that alone.

As for why: You can speculate either way, so far I’ve heard them all. They did it to drop the share sp so their pals can load (kind of nonsense to me) they are shooting for the NASDAQ sooner than later, or they are going rs & dilute for funding. Honestly it’s just a guessing game.

What I do know is they have the hedge fund & the JLL thing which makes it interesting.

& it’s a low float biotech. It runs on nothing.

Those with the intent of staying long should fear the rs & the intent of the co. I may hold a position but overall these stocks down here aren’t a long game. Everyone has there price.

But with everything playing out & a positive update or moving to be current, should put it at a dime or more.

There’s still a lot of money to be made.

Crazy to think that everyone buying in February is all of a sudden going wild over a filing that is kind of old news.
