Then why did the company approve it. To scare investors, so friends could scoop up shares? Perhaps will be used to uplist to NASQ. They done it for some reason, but they did in fact APPROVE up to a 500 to 1 R/S before 12-31. This cannot be denied and does cause some uneasiness in buying the stock. imo
