the questions remains. (1) will shldq stock be cancelled and become worthless? (2) if there is anything left with sears holding around which to reorganize now that lampert has purchased substantially all shc's assets, will there be anything left of value (only thing of potential value would be the tax attributes, but it is my feeling those will largely go to transform holdco) for shldq stockholders? (3) if the tax attributes pass largely to transform holdco, will transform holdco be required to exchange holdco stock for shldq stock in order to maintain the equity structure and not lost the nols?
