Both are Moving in opposite directions -

Simply put,
a "Pinch" is shown
when one chart indicator is pointing up,
and another indicator is pointing down,
and the two combined,
resemble a pair of tweezers that are used to "pinch" together,
as one would use to pull out a splinter.
