i agree. i hope karl riedel reads this board. saying "we're going to do something" is really a terrible way to inform the market for an OTC stock.

it spoils the surprise of the actual news, when the material event finally happens.

just get the job done and then press release it. that's the "underpromise and overdeliver" approach OTC traders respect.
