(CKYS) is very pleased to announce that the Company's participation in this week's Asia Pacific Homeland Defense Summit was an overwhelming success, as the event presented CyberKey Solutions to an international gathering of leaders from government, the military, academia, and the private sector. This conference expanded the company's exposure and further enhanced its corporate image. Some of the major military personnel attending the summit were Major General Bennett C. Landreneau, Adjutant General of Louisiana, Major General Robert G.F. Lee, Adjutant General, State of Hawaii, and Rear Admiral Andrew M Singer, Director for Intelligence, United States Pacific Command.
"CyberKey has introduced products and service that are not only practical but would provide immediate resolution to matters we are facing in security of information within the military and Department of Defense," stated LTC (P) Ed Toy from the US Army Pacific Command and Joint Task Force Homeland Defense. "The KeepSafe and Biometric USB devices designed for the military were absolute standouts at this summit," stated Jim Plant CEO of CyberKey Solutions. "We have already begun the negotiation of major purchase orders with government and military representative."
The Company recently announced that the CyberKey board of directors has approved a stock buyback program of up to $1 million of its common stock over the next 180 days.
