We know that GBI does own 1 of the parcels or sections of that space for seeding and cultivation. We know that there is a total, as of current, there are 800,000 sqft of space split up into 24 sections.

If these are equal sections, each each space is roughly 35,000 sqft to cultivate.

Going off Aurora Sky facility for Aurora (ACB) that will be roughly 1,000,000 sqft or just under will yield $1 Billion in revenue.

Roughly 35,000 sqft will yield $30-35,000,000 per annum.

These are just rough estimates going off other facilities. Multiple variables.
