"upon closing"..??..Language indicates the BZRTH deal not yet closed..Why?..Just what was modified in the BizRight Llc MMA Jimmy?..For some reason, Jimmy keeps delaying BizRight $30m revenue recognition..Hope I'm wrong, but i suspect Feb financials will be similar to last two Q's..gl
