so why the change out (December) now?
it's clear something is in play from the aspect of recent activity via NYSDEC
is that what led to *volume* on January 29th? .. *volume* that one would have to go back to June 2017 to *replicate*
.. except of course the massive amount (total %) of hidden trades on 1/29/19 .. is not *comparable* to 6/2017's *volume*
is it due to the recent global alliance and one of the interviewee's *knowledge* of P2O's tech?
or is it due to another trading crew .. entering because they can .. when one *understands* that the CB of many is far higher than .025/.05/10c ..
and that if many actual investors haven't sold at each leg NR *reset down* .. then new *entity* has lots of room to front load *shares* .. if so inclined especially because NN will utilize *elastic* sized bids/asks as needed
again front loading requires *volume*
so far PTOI has had 2 days of *volume* in 2019 .. the 29th of January and last Friday ..
a year ago when PTOI was *imo* run to reset (taken up to reset 5c to be slowly meandered back down) by NR
the meandering back down took months .. and not one *volume* day on the *run* up was above 300,000
not this round ..
another *pattern* that was changed out in total after years in play .. on 1.29.19 ..
