BillBranum: This is the second time I am telling you, you need to spend your money on lawyers to find out about the facts and not just "fishing around in the drark".

I know these law from SEC lawyer, and I am not going to spend more money on lawyers to scan and post it to you because you are not willing to do your homework.

Call your lawyer and find out the facts. Or check out other similar lawsuit that settled for almost nothing for the same reason.
