This is one question that has not been addressed unless...……….

Is it reasonable to believe that .05 VYST and $32.32 Rothman's will not excess shares on an equal basis since their valuations are as disparate as they appear to be? If so, one (Rothmans) and the other (VYSTAR) is either getting screwed.
