One other event In My Opinion - if they get tight funding for BLA or TNBC 1st positive results, they will do a r/s and uplist to Nasdaq. This will give them better exposure and INST can buy the stock - at that time SP will get a jump. The SP can keep momentum based on other positive results.
The uplist will allow them to raise funds much easily.
So My guess or speculation is - we will see r/s and uplist by end of H1-2019
