This company cannot raise money at all. Several conferences and toxic penny investment conferences to try and lure an investor to no avail. Several times it has RS to try and attract investors again, to no success. Company announces they have to do the dreaded RS yet again and folks are touting it like it’s a good thing. Nobody is buying the bulls#%t. Just admit this broke, zero rev, no IP owning, debt ridden perennial penny stock is terrible. Take the loss and chaulk it up to a bad lesson and learn from it. There is no success to be had here. There’ll be no break through, no investment, no execution, and no 5M to keep this company going.
