exactly...deceptive practices including there is a "side deal" for the purchase of the company shares or a fantasy merger/buyout. Kudos to PWC for addressing the false rumors of any outcome other than the cancellation of the shares and preventing others from getting sucked into buying shares of this worthless, insolvent debt ridden shell. Now it's up to FINRA.
