The last Q in 2012 showed 25.8 million OS and there was a 1:1000 RS a year ago, so that would leave a 25.8k OS. Maybe shares were issued by the previous owner (John Ballard, who reinstated the shell), but there is no prove of that. So if the OS is that low indeed, I defintely exect a big FS.

But, even if it's not 25.8k, the OS/float is very low.
