Agreed. It was a pleasant surprise to see the nice rise today, but still no deal so it looks like the reverse/dilution on terrible terms is moving forward as planned. They can spin it however they want, that NEO is best in class, but the fact remains Amgen decided it wasn't worth further investment so that is going to limit the number of high quality imvestors taking a stake (especially if they can't find a replacement BP in a similar monetary deal as the skin in the game Amgen put in).
