On January 29, 2019,
HPIL Holdings (the “Company”)
announced that, effective January 29, 2019,
Mr. Ray Wong
has been appointed Chief Operating Officer
of the Company.

Mr. Wong, age 51,
continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer
of the Company’s subsidiary MyFlyWiFi Inc.,

a position he has held
since the acquisition of MyFlyWiFi
by HPIL in 2018.

He has over 30 years of experience
in corporate management, business operations
and corporate strategy.

Mr. Wong
has served in various capacities
as an executive officer,
including CEO and CTO of companies
operating in numerous industries.

Mr. Wong has owned,
managed and operated businesses
active in diverse areas including

* Software Development,
* Multi-Location farming concerns,
* Consulting and Marketing.

The acquisition of the assets of My Boca Holdings Inc.
was made in in exchange for HPIL restricted stock.

Mr. Ray Wong, the CEO of MyFlyWiFi, said,
