Bad CEO for sure but head of this scam is real title. One of the many preferred shareholders who have been CEO. All she has said, every PR etc all fraud and easy to see. She even said they not increase a/s but reduce it from 1.5 billion. Then increased it. She also did that before last r/s lying about no more dilution and dumped billions. With trillions issued based on price before first r/s. With so many fraud PR's this is one of the all time scams. How they have avoided being shut down is nuts.
