The ONLY way a current shareholder will see any value is if they sell into the market while the stock still trades. The only question really is how long will that continue? At this point I have no idea.

Otherwise there is no way, no mechanism, that will somehow allow shareholders to see a recovery. There is no share purchase coming for equity holders, there is no liquidating dividend coming to equity holders, there is no re-organization or restructuring coming they will see shareholders get anything.

This isn’t some wild ass guess either.

You would be hard pressed to find ANY example where the common equity of an OTC stock got ANYTHING in a bankruptcy liquidation.

Such a liquidation is a last resort of secured creditors to get something back no matter how small.
