This whole debate is setting up to be just a repeat of the redacted “$4.3 million” in the APA debate.

There was no “other transaction debate” back then. It was simply what the number was going to be. Many felt 9 figures if I recall many of us said “not possible”. Then the US Court filing showed up with the APA unredacted showing $4.3 million showing we were right. At that point the debate shifted to the Canadian APA had to be “different”...a separate transaction...we said it wasn’t. It would be the same document...and once again we were right.

This time we are saying there is no other transaction involving the equity of BIOAQ.

And we will be right yet again..
