les because IMO they have not issued any pumping kind of prs they have always said what they were going to do and then announced when they have done it, besides I am not sure of the share count yet I am researching it but if they were just outright dumping there would be billions of shares out there by now so IMO they are building a business JMO FWIW GLTY
