That's not true.

No one knows right now if a buy out is good or bad.

It would depend on the negotiated price between the buyer and the EMHTF board of directors who probably control enough shares for the sale.

They could negotiate (for example) a $1B price (likely in an equivalent value of the buying company stock - highly unlikely it would be cash) then our shares are replaced with the buyer shares.

If we were bought out for a billion, then the value of the company jumps from the 380M market cap to $1B and we all get richer.

No one knows if a buyout is good or bad - in all likelihood with the production volume, EMHTF has been looked at by some of the bigger boys and the board has said no as the stock price is so low.

Emerald is lagging so hopefully something comes along to get this thing moving - personally, I am tired of waiting and watching others (like VFFIF) get moving - so who knows.

But they aren't doing much to stand out compared to about 5-7 other companies that are showing more life then Emerald.
