I think many of given up on trying to make sense of anything he does. My best guess is he is desperately attempting to bring in needed money to pay his numerous liens and judgements.

I think Ed/MEC called him out as an extortionist for trying to get MEC to settle with him. If they didn't, he was going to make everyone suffer.

He has yet to cash in on his schemes after three years. In the meantime, he's boring the heck out of many people and showing how incompetent he is with pro se litigation.

I’ve always wondered why Maciora is working so hard to claim shares of a company he thinks so poorly of? I’ve never been able to reconcile that?
