Alert - $USMJ has to remit 51% of any money they make to a 3rd party

The CEO says it is in the form of a dividend they are required to pay each quarter to that 3rd party.

This means that none of that 51% is able to be reinvested back into the company or pay down their massive convertible notes, pay salaries, or their other massive liabilities.
