HA that was the first thing I thought or more liekly scenario is Berkshire Hathaway doing it

Or that.

Either way, not hard to see at least a couple players with the capital lined up that would love to immediately swallow whatever percent of GSE business Fannie and Freddie have to unload to get under the market cap threshold.
