Actually, my question to Calebra was what he thought he was investing in. I asked because he seemed surprised that the demo plays videos.

I don’t really see the point of talking about Tmmi’s marketing and PR in the 1990s. I also don’t see the point of debating the nature of ownership in software and developer licenses when the underlying patents have expired. Whatever value there is in fractal incoding, etc, (and I’m skeptical) the Iterated patents no longer protect it.
