Again, read the statements. North Carolina and Rhode Island are now grossly over budget and many years behind schedule. Their percentage ownership is long gone. In their eight years of existence, they've only developed two projects (NC and RI), and screwed them both up. The other Italian projects (very small) were acquired after they were already built.
They've squandered $10's of millions of dollars, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Given that history, if you think the Netherlands will suddenly change things, then go for it.
