There's no confusion about this company's history of fraud. The fact remains they have no functional processors. They have no employees. They have no money. This company is dead. Even if they were to cobble one of the processors together to get it running again, it doesn't change the fact that they cost way too much to operate compared to the current market price of a bbl of oil ... and that's if they can keep them running more than a few days.
