Aha. Yes. It was the preferreds not the convertibles. The convertibles should have been converted prior to Feb 2018 as the CFO stated.

Offering shares were added to Outstanding but believe the Preferreds were not and still listed as Preferreds along side the Commons listed and should be close to 315M now
