P2O has always had numerous options .. and no one can accuse RH of leaking like a sieve
he barely ekes out an annual shareholder update

it could also be a trading crew entering which requires front loading of *volume* .. which up until yesterday PTOI hasn't had ..

looking forward to seeing how this next round is *handled*
