Fair enough - and thank you for acknowledging that people will believe what they want to believe by creating a storyline that fits their narrative, even if the simpliest of answers are more plausible.

The Amazon hyperbole is mine but seems to fit the narrative about how this tiny company can grow to $400 million in net revenues THIS YEAR (2019). One can dream I suppose...exactly "how" they will they make this happen is up for debate - surely not on Maurice's track record.
