First of all there is NO MERIT that a reverse split is needed.... if they didn't reverse split when they were subpenny, why in the eff would they need to now.

Secondly, do you know how a reverse split works, everyone keeps the exact same ownership in the company..... if I have 1% of the company, I would still have 1% of the company after a reverse split, that's not needed, and will not happen.
