BBAN, What happens if my car is reposessed and then sold by my car dealer, unknown to him I have $5,000 hidden under the spare tire.
Am I out the $5,000, or is the dealer liable to 'make me whole' for not returning/selling it?

Isn't this what FDIC did to WAMU?
